This is our current class schedule. All of our classes take place at the Matlacha Wellness Pine Island Studio unless a different location is stated.
Classes fill quickly, and while not required, we recommend reserving your spot.

Yoga for Strength and Balance
Tuesdays - 11:00-12:00 PM
This is a modified yoga class where you perform all the yoga moves with the assistance of a chair or bars for balance. This is a great form of yoga for anyone with balance problems, or severe joint pain. You will get the same great benefits of yoga, without the pain and discomfort, and will can still work on building strength.
This class is designed for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced, and should be accessible and enjoyed by most, if you have certain limitations, please let our instructor know before the class begins so variations can be explained to you.
Small Group Personal Training
Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays - 9:00-10:00 AM
with Health & Fitness Coach Michael Lindsay.
Whatever your health and fitness goals may be, Matlacha Wellness small group training works with you every step of the way. Our programs include free weights, bands, body weight, stretching, and balance. With our help you will live longer, healthier, and happier.
Our personal training programs get you the results of one-on-one training but at a fraction of the cost. All of our group training includes a nutritional program.
This class is designed for beginners to advanced, and should be accessible and enjoyed by most. This class is limited to 8 people, so reserve your spot today!
Mondays - 10:30-11:30 AM
Wednesdays & Fridays - 11:15-12:15 PM
Sue will keep your body moving with this great flow yoga class. After all the training she has done in India, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. But don't get intimidated, she is over 70 years old and can work with a complete novice or an expert.
Flow yoga is designed to keep you moving. You will continuously move from one pose to the next. This is a great class if you don't like sitting still too long.

Cardio Resistance Training
Wednesdays & Fridays - 9:00-10:00 AM
Cardio resistance with Coach Ty is a fun yet challenging class where we will work, dance, and laugh our way through stretching, cardio, and strength resistance movements. Join us Wednesdays at 9 AM and let's outwork, out-hustle, and outperform!
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction - MBSR
Tuesdays - 4-5 PM
Mindfulness can be described as the practice of paying attention in the present moment, and doing it intentionally and with non-judgment. Mindfulness meditation practices refer to the deliberate acts of regulating attention through the observation of thoughts, emotions and body states. Typical mindfulness activities include:
- Mindful non-judgmental awareness of breath, body, feelings, emotions and/or thoughts (in sitting meditation practice or throughout the day)
- Mindful walking meditation
- Mindful eating
- Mindful body scan in a sitting or lying down position
- Listening with non-judgment
