The focus of Joscelyn’s yoga teaching is to help others heal themselves through wellness oriented instruction.

Joscelyn teaches strength-based principles and guides students using positive feedback and reinforcement. She aims to provide knowledge beyond the yoga postures held during classes to enrich the physical, emotional and spiritual benefits that can be achieved with yoga practice.

As a Registered Nurse, Joscelyn has a passion for alternative and complementary healing modalities.

Joscelyn took her first yoga class in 2002. She was at first drawn to the physical aspect of yoga, but quickly realized the holistic benefits. She completed her 200-hour Hatha yoga teacher certification in March of 2016, and actively promotes the integration of yoga into a healthy lifestyle.

Joscelyn is a lifelong learner who allows her curiosity to lead her and others on a wellness journey. Joscelyn holds a Bachelors and a Masters Degree in Nursing specializing in Community Health and Health Promotion from Wesley College and is a School Nurse with Lee County School District.

She resides on beautiful Pine Island with her loyal French bulldog, Squishy.

Favorite Food:
My favorite meal is one prepared with love. Whole foods that are prepared with the intention of nourishment and healing. That satisfies my soul. Love is my favorite flavor.
Favorite Non-Work Activity:
When I’m not working I enjoy being in nature. I am always studying or doing eclectic research.Spending time with friends and family. I enjoy traveling and experiencing culture. I love museums and gardens.

It is our mission to teach you how to truly live a healthier and happier life.

We specialize in personal training, massage therapy, arthritis relief, post physical therapy rehabilitation, yoga, anti-inflammatory eating, natural pain management, mindfulness, mental health counseling, nutrition, and complete body health.

Most of our services are on a private or semi-private basis, taking away any feeling of intimidation or discomfort. That also allows for our clients to get the most out of their time here and maximize their results.
